Terms of sale
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order through our website. Please note that by purchasing any of our products, you are agreeing to the content of these Terms and Conditions.
By making the purchase through any of our payment methods, the customer accepts that, if any goods arrive at the destination in poor condition due to transport, the claims must be addressed to the transport agency. SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL) is exempt from any liability. It is important to keep proof of delivery of the goods to make the claim to the courier agency.
Contracts
By placing an order on our website www.sroivert.com, you are making a purchase of goods. After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation via email, detailing the characteristics and prices of the products you have ordered and that will be sent to you.
Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. The order confirmation email implies acceptance of the order.
If for reasons beyond our control, the goods are not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the possibility to exchange them for similar ones. You are not obliged to accept the change, and in case of non-acceptance the amount will be refunded.
Prices
Prices on the website are shown in euros and are associated with the VAT tax in force. You will be able to see the price with VAT of 21% on the last page before completing the purchase process.
If an incorrect price is mistakenly displayed, we will correct it as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to complete the order for a product that has been displayed at the wrong price. In this case, we will contact you by email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at source. Customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; it will be the recipient who must pay them in cash in order to receive the goods.
The consignee shall be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the customs office of destination, whether or not the goods are delivered to him.
It will be attempted that the shipment of the order will be made in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the import of the requested items, since SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL) has no responsibility for them.
The effects of strikes, war conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control shall also not be attributable to SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL).
SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL) will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any items contained in a shipment.
Payment methods
We accept virtual TPV payments from different credit cards.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to verification and authorization by the card service provider. If the supplier refuses payment authorization, we are not responsible for delays in delivery of the order or non-delivery.
Right of withdrawal and return policy
If the product received does not satisfy you, the User shall have the right to withdraw from it within 14 working days of receipt, sending the product in perfect condition along with its original packaging within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, after communication to SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL) to the address info@sroivert.com. The full amount of the product will be refunded (excluding shipping costs). However, the return costs will be borne by the User. The right of withdrawal is excluded for all products that by their nature make their exercise impossible, such as fresh, fast-shelf foods, frozen foods or custom-designed or custom-made products, or those products received correctly, but with a variation in the weight shown due to their nature of craftsmanship.
In the event that the product received is defective in a visible and clear way, without manipulation by the User himself, or erroneous, the User may request its replacement by the same article or reference by communication to SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL) to the info@sroivert.com. The User may choose between the refund of the amount or the exchange of the product for it in good condition. In this case, the costs of transporting both the return and the new shipment will be borne by SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL).
In the event of errors or inaccurate information on the website about any of the prices, products or description thereof, and that have directly motivated the contracting of User, the User will have the right to revoke his purchase at no cost. Refunds, after verification by SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL) of the returned goods, will be made in the same form of payment chosen by the User and within a maximum period of 30 days.

The data provided by the User must be true and accurate. The User is solely responsible for the falsehood or inaccuracy of the information provided that may cause damage or harm to SOLANA ROIVERT (COMPANYIA GENERAL SARGA, SL) or third parties.
