Our Syrah and Tempranillo coupage offers a cherry red wine with purple edges. Its aroma of wild blackberries and violets brings us to its origin: the valleys and mountains of the Pyrenees of Lleida.
Syrah grapes bring color and softness to the character and body of Tempranillo in this blend that evokes the fairs of yesteryear. Especially the Fira of Salàs de Pallars, in whose lap the Solana Roivert strains grow today.
An unctuous wine, with hints of candied fruit, strawberries, blueberries and currants. Its balance and roundness in one’s mouth surprises and invites us to have another sip.
Made with grapes from our organic vineyards Roivert Vell and Escadolles. No additives or commercial ferments have been added to its alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
